Information Security
Archive 2000 employs stringent measures to safeguard information and provide its clients with security and confidentiality on a number of levels, while complying with international standards of information security. The company is certified for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standards.The Building and its Environment
The Company's information security system includes three security circles: fences, an alarm system and closed circuit television. The electronic security system is connected to the Maman command and control center. The Company's storage sites are located in an enclosed, sealed and insulated building that guarantees conditions suitable for preserving paper over a long period of time. All archival material is stored in closed specially designed containers. The storage structures are on a closed site surrounded by a wall. They are treated by a professional extermination company to prevent damage to the paper by pests and harmful insect infestation. The warehouses are waterproofed and the shelving systems installed in them comply with the most stringent European earthquake code, EUROCODE – 8.
Fire Safety
An automatic fire extinguishing system is installed in the storage site. This advanced system is equipped with pumps, an emergency generator and a water reservoir that is independent of the municipal water supply.
Human Resources
Archive 2000 employs 130 tenured workers who have been screened by the security clearance unit at Maman. They receive training in workplace safety and are comprehensively trained in information security. The Group's security services unit provides Archive 2000 with instructions and procedures and oversees the employment of new workers and the implementation of security guidelines at the Company’s facilities.
Information Systems
The advanced computer system of Archive 2000 is a dedicated system. The Company has an independent development team supported by the IT unit of the Maman Group. The system is secured by VPN communication lines. The data server is located in a secure, protected area and includes continuous backup allowing for information to be restored when necessary.
The Internet System
Archive 2000's software affords the Company's clients secure Internet access by means of an access permission system (username and password). A client can observe and place orders only on the basis of data that are ascribed to that client.
The Safe
Classified files and computerized records, which have been digitized, can be stored, if required, in the Archive 2000 safe.
Vehicle Fleet
The Company's vehicles are under surveillance, control and management by an advanced fleet management system. The vehicles are closed and locked and equipped with satellite tracking devices (GPS technology).
