The website permits authorized subscribers to view only their own computerized documents and to order files stored at the logistics centers of the Company. The order is handled by a proficient and experienced team; the file is retrieved and sent to the client within 24 hours of placing the order. It is also possible to place an emergency order for immediate special delivery of files.
As part of the Company's services and to save paper, Archive 2000 operates a computerized scanning office. The scanning stations are staffed by a team of experienced workers who supervise the process and enter the scanned materials into computerized files. Documents are scanned for large organizations or on request in accordance with the requirements of the client and its document management policy.
Archive 2000's destruction unit is charged with following and carrying out the client's policy and procedures regarding the destruction of archival material. In accordance with the service agreement, destruction lists are automatically generated by the computer system according to the client's definitions.
