Archive 2000, a member of the Maman Group that includes the Archive 2000 Company and its subsidiary, Archive Jerusalem, has been operating in Israel since 1993 and provides archiving services, storage and information retrieval for government ministries, insurance companies and banks, hospitals and health funds, law and accounting firms, and leading Israeli business companies.

Security Information
Archive 2000 maintains two large, security-controlled and computerized logistics centers in Ashdod and Mishor Adumim covering an area of some 21,000 m2 and housing 2 million document storage containers for varying periods of time.
The Company is increasing its storage area in Mishor Adumim near the Dead Sea, an arid area with an ideal climate for protecting paper.

The Company employs some 130 tenured employees who are experienced in its work procedures and computerized systems and provide clients with efficient, dependable and speedy service.

The Computer System
The Archive 2000 computer system is one of the most advanced in the field of archiving and makes it possible to manage huge databases for the tracking of files and containers in storage with efficiency and confidentiality, while providing secure Internet access to clients. The system enables the intake of containers and storage by means of scanning devices at data collection terminals. The client can order files by phone, fax or directly online from the Company's Internet site at any time, from any location, 24 hours a day.

Vehicle Fleet
Archive 2000 owns a fleet of commercial vehicles and trucks for the daily collection and transport of document containers from clients to the logistics centers, delivery of files ordered by clients, and their return after viewing for re-archiving in the original containers. All vehicles are closed and locked and equipped with satellite tracking systems (GPS technology) that include the most advanced vehicle fleet management software. The Company's collection and distribution system is organized as an express forwarding agent that offers fast and efficient service with waybills supplied to clients.
